Antika Law Firm successfully defended the interests of the Cherkasyteplocomunenerho utility company of the Cherkasy City Council in a pre-contractual dispute before the Commercial Court of the Cherkasy Region.<\/em><\/p>\n

The statement of claim against the client was filed by a local heat supply organization, which asked the court to accept the proposed version of the disputed clauses of the contract for the transportation of thermal energy through the networks of Municipal Enterprise of Heat Networks ” Cherkasyteplocomunenerho”.<\/p>\n

Antika’s lawyers managed not only to prove the lack of legal grounds to satisfy the plaintiff’s claims, but also to convince the court of the validity of the client’s position and the need to adopt the disputed provisions of the contract as amended.<\/p>\n
