This is how EDI provider EDIN evaluates its solutions, which are used by more than 23 thousand customers. The service must be customer-oriented, it needs to delve into the processes for its optimization and communication with users at all stages of its creation and testing.<\/p>\n<p>Launching customer-based research is needed to improve products and user interaction processes with the capabilities of the EDIN platform. Customers may have changing needs, there may be a need for additional functionality, the expansion of existing tools.<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of the analysis is to improve the efficiency of work on the part of users, eliminate problem areas, increase the useful capabilities of services. In particular, business automation is in dire need of business today due to the global pandemic. Quarantine conditions actualize digitalization, which is currently not just an additional tool in business development, but a necessity.<\/p>\n<p>Users of the EDIN platform have the opportunity to establish both external and internal activities, within the company, through safe and fast solutions. By using the services, the EDIN client becomes competitive &#8211; he cooperates faster with contractors, avoids mistakes, has the opportunity to focus on the development of his business without spending time on operational issues.<\/p>\n<h3>EDIN-PRICE service research<\/h3>\n<p>EDIN-PRICE is an electronic solution for quick coordination of prices between suppliers and retail chains, which exchange electronic specifications. The service provides:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>fast coordination and updating of prices in electronic form;<\/li>\n<li>automatic updating of e-data in the accounting system after signing the specification;<\/li>\n<li>no discrepancies in the receipt, posting of goods and internal pricing;<\/li>\n<li>transparent and controlled process of price coordination;<\/li>\n<li>the ability to choose the option of working with promotional prices and withdrawal of goods from the range.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A large number of participants took part in the analysis of the service, in particular the chain of grocery stores &#8220;Lotok&#8221;, TM Continent, producer of crab sticks VICI, producer of dairy products Lactalis, grocery manufacturer &#8220;Lutsk Foods&#8221;, distributor of medical goods DOLPHI-UKRAINE, distributor &#8216; user of alcoholic products ARDA Trade House, snack manufacturer Leader Snack, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to the survey, the EDIN team implemented a number of functionalities that were important for customers &#8211; refinements in optimizing the platform, making adjustments to the interface, increasing practical tools for productive work of the user with contractors.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cIt is important for Light Distribution to take part in surveys, because it is thanks to them that it is possible to identify shortcomings in the service and eliminate them accordingly, and generally improve the work of the platform.
