Thus, we have achieved some important successes in the fields of industrial ecology and healthcare. So, briefly about the main thing:<\/p>\n<p><strong>The government has taken the first step towards launching a quota market in Ukraine<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yesterday, September 23, the Government adopted three resolutions that are necessary for launching a system for measurement, reporting, and verification of greenhouse gas emissions (MRV), namely:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Procedure for measuring and reporting greenhouse gas emissions;<\/li>\n<li>Procedure for verification of the operator\u2019s report on greenhouse gas emissions;<\/li>\n<li>List of activities subject to measurement, reporting, and verification of greenhouse gas emissions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The full launch of the system of measurement, reporting, and verification of greenhouse gas emissions is the first stage in the implementation of Directive 2003\/87\/EC establishing a scheme for greenhouse gas emission allowance trading to gradually reduce greenhouse gas emissions by enterprises. The next stage is the development and implementation of the quota market itself.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Business welcomes the legalization of online sale of medicines<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Verkhovna Rada adopted the draft law \u21163615-1 on electronic retail trade of medicinal products in the second reading and as a whole, .
