The International Trade Practice team of the Ilyashev & Partners Law Firm, which is representing the interests of PJSC Odesa Cable Plant \u201cOdeskabel\u201d and PJSC \u201cYuzhkabel Plant\u201d, has initiated a special investigation into the import of wires to Ukraine, regardless of the country of origin and export.<\/p>\n
Further to the results of consideration of the complaint filed by Ukrainian manufacturers, on 24 July 2020 the Interdepartmental Commission on International Trade initiated a special investigation into the import into Ukraine of the products (regardless of the country of origin and export) with the following\u00a0 \u00a0properties: insulated wires, cables and other insulated electrical conductors without connecting parts; fiber-optic cables made of fibers with individual sheaths, which can be classified according to Ukrainian Classification of Goods for Foreign Economic Activity under the following codes: 8544 49 20 00, 8544 49 91 00, 8544 60 10 10 8544 60 10 98, 8544 60 90 10 8544 60 90 90, and 8544 70 00 10 8544 70 00 90.<\/p>\n
