At the meeting, the attendees heard firsthand about the latest amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine (Law \u2116786), discussed the future of the Controlled Foreign Companies, learned about the tax amnesty, etc.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Vitaliy Smerdov,<\/strong><\/em> Partner of Crowe Mikhailenko, raised the issues of blocking and assigning a risk status to tax invoices by the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine.
