{"id":279318,"date":"2020-07-23T16:38:37","date_gmt":"2020-07-23T13:38:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eba.com.ua\/?p=279318"},"modified":"2020-07-29T16:59:13","modified_gmt":"2020-07-29T13:59:13","slug":"the-ukrainian-parliament-passed-a-brand-new-mediation-law-on-the-first-reading","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eba.com.ua\/en\/the-ukrainian-parliament-passed-a-brand-new-mediation-law-on-the-first-reading\/","title":{"rendered":"[:en]The Ukrainian Parliament passed a brand-new Mediation Law on the first reading[:]"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<p>On 15 July 2020, the Ukrainian Parliament passed on the first reading Draft Law No. 3504 \u201cOn Mediation\u201d (the \u201c<strong>Draft Law<\/strong>\u201d), which introduces a new dispute settlement mechanism (mediation) at the legislative level.
