ASNOVA HOLDING recently offered a new marketplace for distributors – iOrder, through which registered distributors have the opportunity to view products, their prices, discounts, and quality certificates, and choose the best offers for purchases. ASNOVA HOLDING is a group of companies that includes the distributor SAVSERVICE (Procter & Gamble, Duracell, Kellogg’s, Perfetti Van Melle and other manufacturers).

Digitalization stimulates business to implement and generate new opportunities for development. Entrepreneurship requires solutions that can close not one process, but a number, creating an eco-system for optimized work.

Following the example of the SAVSERVICE distributor, which works with more than 40 contractors, innovative services significantly speed up and simplify business processes. The company has introduced EDI (electronic document management) in order to prevent long-term negotiation of agreements and optimize data exchange in the supply chain.

“By exchanging 20,000 documents a month with partners, our company needs a solution that optimizes document management processes. In cooperation with retail chains, we most often exchange documents responsible for orders (ORDER), shipment notifications (DESADV) and revenue invoice (COMDOC). The exchange of these documents avoids misunderstandings with retail chains and ensures timely delivery, shipment and payment for our products.

We have preferred the services of the EDI provider EDIN, as they fully meet our needs and the needs of our partners in the chain of e-document exchange. The possibility to send an EDI-document or LSD (legally significant document) from electronic signature significantly simplified the process of coordination and formation of agreements” – comments Yuliya Voytiuk, Head of the Multifunctional Business Support Department of SAVSERVICE STOLYTSYA, Kyiv.

EDIN offers a comprehensive solution that allows you to share financial, commercial and logistics electronic documentation with manufacturers, distributors and customers in a single online environment.

ASNOVA HOLDING recently offered a new marketplace for distributors – iOrder, through which registered distributors have the opportunity to view products, their prices, discounts, and quality certificates, and choose the best offers for purchases.
