The auction on the sale of the asset was arranged by the Deposit Guarantee Fund.<\/p>\n<p>Our team provided the client with a set of legal services, comprising legal due diligence of real property, drafting and negotiating the transaction documents, representing the client in negotiations with Imeksbank regarding the terms of the sale and purchase agreement and its signing, advising on litigation matters.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Yulia Kyrpa<\/strong>, Aequo partner: \u201cWe are sincerely happy for the Allrise Capital\u2018s successful completion of the acquisition of such a unique asset.
