In May 2020 a new business center is opening in Kyiv on the Saksahanskoho 53\/80 street. It`s the latest project of FORUM development company.<\/em><\/p>\n

FORUM is a master of global transformations. It is a professional company known for its redevelopment projects of Kyiv industrial areas. By today FORUM has transformed 11 objects. And later this year the company is about to open three more business centers. Now instead of the old industrial buildings there are modern business centers and warehouses. And the number of companies operating in FORUM BCs reached over 500 international and Ukrainian organizations.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

And every FORUM business center is not just an office building but also a beautiful innovative project with the soul. FORUM Infinity is the best proof of this.<\/p>\n

Forum Infinity is a modern business space located in Kyiv historical center on the corner at the crossroads of Saksahanskoho and Volodymyrska streets. Near Infinity BC there are Taras Shevchenko park, the red building of Kyiv National University named after Taras Shevchenko, National Opera House of Ukraine and a lot of other important landmarks of the city. And certainly everything necessary is right nearby, including grocery stores, restaurants, shops and banks.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

The building under reconstruction to the business center has its own history. It was built in 1975 and was owned by the All-Ukrainian Central Union of Consumer Societies. From that time there was a hotel \u201cCooperator\u201d. In 2017 FORUM bought this building. The company\u2019s mastermind Iryna Shkolnyk says that when they have been choosing the place for a new business center in the city center, \u201cCooperator\u201d turned out to be a perfect variant.<\/p>\n

Renovation started in April 2019. It was agreed not to change the building totally. However, the renewed building will emphasize the architectural style of the modern Kyiv.<\/p>\n

The business center contains two buildings (9\u00a0000 sq. meters) united with the dark foreside. On the main front wall the designers are going to place one of the biggest LED screens in Kyiv sized 9×20 meters.<\/p>\n

The global changes are made in the interior of the building. It was created by design studios YODEZEEN and ASTREX DESIGN. Particularly for lobbies the designers decided to choose the classic modern style with loft style details. Also they used brutal elements, for example \u2013 combination of cement and wood or metal. For BREW caf\u00e9, which is on the first floor of the business center, ASTREX DESIGN studio created an interesting conception with animal figures.<\/p>\n

FORUM landscapers will create a green area and BBQ zone in the courtyard of the business center.<\/p>\n

\u201cFor external greening we chose the showy crowns of redwoods (maples), cherry blossoms, mock orange, forsythias, hortencias. In the internal greening we use not cranky plants: areca trees, zamioculcases, spathiphylliums\u201d <\/em><\/strong>says Tetiana Dobrovolska, ASTREX DESIGN landscaper.<\/em><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Traditionally for FORUM there will be a terrace for rest and morning yoga on the rooftop. \u201cThe tenants will enjoy the best views of Kyiv!\u201d \u2013 they promise in FORUM.<\/p>\n

In the business center the developers tried to save the infrastructure of the hotel. There will be a lounge zone in the halls, SPA zone, swimming pool and fitness club for Infinity tenants. FORUM is going to make an app \u201cBusiness center in smartphone\u201d, which will help the users monitor the order in parking zone, the queue in caf\u00e9 and the workload of sport zone.<\/p>\n

\u201cInfinity business center will have the infrastructure never-yet-seen at Ukrainian commercial property market. The business center is built on the principle of 5-star hotel. The tenants will have a free entrance to the swimming pool, SPA zone and fitness club of BC. In addition on the territory of the business center there will be two BREW cafes, conference room for 40 people, currency exchange and, I hope, – beauty salon. On the ground floor \u2013 boutiques\u201d<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0says Iryna Shkolnyk, FORUM\u00a0 mastermind.<\/em><\/p>\n
