Funds will support the following relief efforts:<\/li>\n<li>Donation to <a href=\"https:\/\/cts.businesswire.com\/ct\/CT?id=smartlink&amp;url=https%3A%2F%2Fcovid19responsefund.org%2F&amp;esheet=52193094&amp;newsitemid=20200323005630&amp;lan=en-US&amp;anchor=COVID-19+Solidarity+Fund&amp;index=2&amp;md5=17d22c2bbbd5e04bd876e17000e1002c\">COVID-19 Solidarity Fund<\/a> to support World Health Organization (WHO) efforts around the world<\/li>\n<li>Donation to <a href=\"https:\/\/cts.businesswire.com\/ct\/CT?id=smartlink&amp;url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.directrelief.org%2F&amp;esheet=52193094&amp;newsitemid=20200323005630&amp;lan=en-US&amp;anchor=Direct+Relief&amp;index=3&amp;md5=b9b83927cb9f6b366a008c61c8e4127e\">Direct Relief<\/a>, humanitarian aid organization, to distribute medical supplies<\/li>\n<li>Support for local and regional non-profit organizations in Dow communities around the globe<\/li>\n<li>Other funds earmarked for emerging needs<\/li>\n<li>$1 million to build community resilience in the recovery phase<\/li>\n<li>Production of 300 tons of hand sanitizer per month, equivalent to 600,000 standard bottles (500ml each) for donation to pharmacies and hospitals in Stade, Germany and other regions in Germany<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Company is also rapidly repurposing an existing facility to produce hand sanitizer in the U.S. More information about this effort will be shared soon.<\/p>\n<p>These donations will help distribute essential supplies, such as personal protective equipment to frontline health workers, and they will help protect the health and lives of people affected by poverty or emergency situations by mobilizing and providing essential medical resources.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cSafety is our top priority at Dow.
