Such a term is sufficient to elaborate the provisions of the agreement by taking into account the interests of all parties, &#8211; experts of the EBA Logistics Committee believe.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>We thank the management of Ukrzaliznytsia, the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine, the Ministry for Development of Economy, Trade and Agriculture, the Anti-Monopoly Committee of Ukraine for considering the situation in which the business is currently forced to work and extending the contract term.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, the Association had already <a href=\"https:\/\/eba.com.ua\/vvedennya-v-diyu-novogo-dogovoru-z-uz-na-vantazhni-perevezennya-maye-buty-vidterminovano\/\">published its remarks<\/a> and comments on the new Agreement.
