It will also affect the business activities of the foreign companies operating within Ukraine and the national ones operating abroad, enforce them to revise their corporate structures and approaches to the tax planning,\u201d<\/em> underlined Volodymyr Chyzhikov.<\/p>\n<p>Changes in the Law regarding the Controlled Foreign Corporations and the Permanent Representations attracted the greatest attention of the IT sector representatives due to their business model specificity.
