Health is no longer only employees\u2019 responsibility, because their physical and mental wellbeing influence their working efficiency. Successful and major market players around the world are actively implementing health and wellness programs for their personnel.<\/p>\n

On February 13, 2020, the first #behealthy with EBA Odesa format meeting dedicated to the powerful Health Management resource in companies was held. It is much more than just measures to support physical health. In general, it is about the wellbeing of an individual at his workplace. Wellness requires organizations to actively assist their staff in such aspects as health, work, values, and personal growth. The Corporate Health Management program allows you to achieve:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • reduce the likelihood of disease;<\/li>\n
  • productivity growth;<\/li>\n
  • draw of organization\u2019s medical expenses;<\/li>\n
  • reducing the number of visits to the doctor;<\/li>\n
  • minimization of sick leaves\u2019;<\/li>\n
  • improving the employees\u2019 emotional state.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Olga Yushkovska<\/strong>, an expert on healthy lifestyle and physical activity, was the event\u2019s key speaker. She presented us Healy – the latest technology of reducing stress. We talked about office, tunnel, burnout syndrome and how to diagnose it by himself, the principles of healthy corporate nutrition and stress management in the company. Ms. Yushkovska provided us with helpful tips on implementing a wellness program and building a corporate health management strategy, as a whole. In turn, Natalia Bykova<\/strong>, Director of the Regional Network Development of IC \u201cArsenal-Insurance\u201d in Odesa, highlighted the best health insurance practices in companies.<\/p>\n

    Furthermore, we tried a portion of massage by Olexandra Matveeva<\/strong> and practiced yoga elements at the workplace with the representatives of Relax Office System, Denis Yanyutin<\/strong> and Olexandra Domanova<\/strong>. Throughout the meeting, participants enjoyed delicious healthy snacks from our partner Box Catering<\/strong>. It was a really wellness day with the EBA Odesa!<\/p>\n
