Redcliffe Partners has advised GE Capital, the financial services division of General Electric Company (GE), on obtaining merger clearance from the Ukrainian competition authority in connection with the sale of the PK AirFinance aviation lending business to Apollo Global Management (Apollo) and Athene Holding Ltd. (Athene). As part of this transaction, Apollo has acquired the PK AirFinance aircraft lending platform and Athene has acquired PK AirFinance’s existing portfolio of loans.<\/p>\n
