It will also strengthen the institutional capacity of the State Customs Service and the State Tax Service and help avoid duplication of legislation in the field of state customs and state tax policy. Such changes will ensure a proper delegation of authority to the regional level.<\/p>\n<p>Besides, other provisions were included in the Law, namely:<\/p>\n<p>An electronic document turnover in the customs and an electronic cabinet of economic entities are introduced &#8211; https:\/\/cabinet.customs.gov.ua\/, through which it is possible to file a customs declaration and conduct e-mailing with the customs authorities.
