This time it was dedicated to English and US share sale and purchase agreements (SPAs), including conditions precedent, warranties, limitations on the seller\u2019s liability, other common provisions and purchase price adjustments.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nick Fletcher<\/strong>, Of Counsel at Clifford Chance Warsaw, delivered the presentation, while <strong>Zoryana Sozanska-Matviychuk<\/strong>, Partner and Head of M&amp;A at Redcliffe Partners, acted as a moderator, providing her insights on the Ukrainian aspects of this topic. Nick said it was great to meet such a prestigious cross-section of Kyiv&#8217;s general counsel community.<\/p>\n<p>Our guests had a chance to understand how SPAs are structured and drafted on international transactions from experienced lawyers of both Clifford Chance and Redcliffe Partners.
