The regulation concerns opening special accounts following the requirements of the new Bankruptcy Code of Ukraine (for example, to repay the debt of a debtor &#8211; an individual) and closing bank accounts of the individual entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n<p>Besides, comes into force the regulation that bans spending money from business accounts on personal, non-business related, needs. At the same time, it will be possible to transfer funds from the business to the personal account, however, only after paying all taxes and fees.<\/p>\n<p>Banks will also be able to certify the power of attorney of an individual entrepreneur independently with no require to use notary services.<\/p>\n\t<div class=\"blockquote-custom-big animate-block animate-block--before animate-block--to-right\">\n\n\t\t<div class=\"quote-header\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img src=\"https:\/\/eba.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Igor_Gotsyk.png\">\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"name\">Igor Gotsyk<\/span>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"position\">Advocacy team leader of the European Business Association<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<blockquote class=\"blockquote-custom\">\n\t\t\t\tExperts from the business community were involved in the development of these regulations.
