Arzinger acted as a legal advisor to STADA, an international company headquartered in Bad Vilbel, Germany, in the acquisition of a non-plasma pharmaceutical business from Biopharma. Mr. Kostyantyn Yefymenko<\/strong>, Managing Partner of Biopharma, noted that it was the strategic investor\u2019s first investment in the pharmaceutical industry in the history of Ukraine and the first European investment in the Ukrainian economy since 2014.<\/p>\n STADA\u2019s CEO Peter Goldschmidt<\/strong> commented: “We see great potential in the Ukrainian market.
