Sergey is a graduate of the National University \u201cOdesa Law Academy\u201d and holds a Master\u2019s degree in Law with honors. In the course of nearly 10 years Sergey has been advising shipowners, P&I Clubs, crewing, stevedoring and forwarding companies, ports and terminals, marine agents, defending their interests in litigations and international arbitrations proceedings. His practical experience includes full legal support in execution and fulfillment of rent agreements of movable and immovable state property in ports, lease of land plots within the port, construction and reconstruction of port infrastructure facilities. Sergey handles cases relating to maritime claims, imposing arrest on ships and releasing of ships at Ukrainian and European ports. He defends clients\u2019 interests in disputes with port authorities, customs authorities, state environmental inspection bodies and other state authorities.
