{"id":212763,"date":"2019-09-07T17:00:10","date_gmt":"2019-09-07T14:00:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eba.com.ua\/?p=212763"},"modified":"2019-10-16T18:02:43","modified_gmt":"2019-10-16T15:02:43","slug":"ukraine-s-parliament-makes-push-to-legalise-private-investigative-activities","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eba.com.ua\/en\/ukraine-s-parliament-makes-push-to-legalise-private-investigative-activities\/","title":{"rendered":"[:en]Ukraine&#8217;s parliament makes push to legalise private investigative activities[:]"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<p>The Ukrainian parliament is scheduled to debate two draft laws seeking to lift private investigators and legal entities <em>de facto<\/em> carrying out investigative activities from the regulatory limbo in which they currently operate.<\/p>\n<p>Draft Law No. 1228 <em>On Private Detective (Investigative) Activities<\/em> was registered with parliament on 6 September 2019.
