Such skills could be developed through self-knowledge and surrounding. That\u2019s what we did on 10 October on the EBA Odesa Personal and Corporate Efficiency Studio.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Maya Puzhaylo<\/strong>, Amograce studio\u2019s expert noted that, employees show leadership skills, work more effectively as a team, communicate better with each other, with clients and partners in the companies with EQ developed culture. Employers are more willing to hire those who skillfully combine mind and emotion.<\/p>\n<p>Participants learned that due to the developed skill of self-awareness, we can objectively evaluate our strengths and areas of growth. We could see things as they really are. After all, the skillful management of emotions greatly increases the ability to inspire and lead, to influence the surrounding positive methods and to create a real DreamTeam around you.
