Accordingly, the only solution to the problem of waste disposal is their transboundary movement to the EU countries for environmentally sound destruction.\n\t\t\t<\/blockquote>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t<\/div>\n\n<p>The European Business Association has been addressing this issue for 5 years.\u00a0For now, the issue has moved from the deadlock, and already this fall we hope to begin the process of exporting unsuitable pesticides for their disposal.<\/p>\n<p>Recall, that during these 5 years several steps have been taken to resolve this issue in Ukraine. Firstly, the Basel Convention, which regulates the mechanism of the cross-border, was translated. Secondly, the Ukrainian legislation was amended &#8211; CMU Resolution N 1120 and the existing technical inconsistencies were eliminated.
