June, Kyiv<\/strong> – Dentons has been named “Best M&A Law Firm in Ukraine” and “Best Infrastructure Law Firm in Ukraine” at the 13th annual Legal Awards, organized by the weekly Yuridicheskaya Praktika (Legal Practice). The awards gala, regarded as Ukraine\u2019s legal Oscars, took place in Kyiv on June 7, 2019.<\/p>\n

Dentons was also shortlisted for the Law Firm of The Year in Banking and Finance, Corporate, Debt Restructuring, Employment, Pharma and Healthcare, and for Best Foreign Law Firm of the Year and Pro Bono Law Firm of the Year. In addition, partner Natalia Selyakova<\/strong> received an individual nomination as Best Lawyer in Banking and Finance.<\/p>\n

Established in 2006, the Legal Awards recognize the best law firms and lawyers in Ukraine.\u00a0 The awards consider the quality of legal services, significant transactions or disputes, strong financial performance, high-profile Ukrainian and foreign clients, management excellence, and pro bono activities. According to the rules of the competition, a law firm cannot receive more than two awards at the ceremony and cannot be shortlisted in the winning category the following year.<\/p>\n
