At the same time, they are prone to burnout and ready to leave the company anytime.<\/p>\n<p>The participants of the meeting were introduced to the advantages and dangers of the Hybrids and the ways for their retention.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cHigh salary is not enough for Hybrid Talents to stay. Offer them interesting and challenging projects, opportunities for growth and development. Treat them honestly, fairly and with respect.
