Sayenko Kharenko won the CEE Legal Matters Deal of the Year award for Ukraine at 2019 Deal of the Year Awards Banquet on 28 March 2019 in Budapest for the firm\u2019s work on SALIC\u2019s 2018 Acquisition of Mriya Agro Holding.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe significance of that deal was, ultimately, impossible for the two tiers of voters to ignore, and Sayenko Kharenko obviously played a fundamental role in making it happen,\u201d<\/em> said CEE Legal Matters Executive Editor David Stuckey<\/strong>. \u201cWe were pleased that the voters recognized the deal\u2019s significance, and delighted to have Anton Korobeynikov from the firm at the event and able to accept it in person.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n Partner Anton Korobeynikov<\/strong>, who represented Sayenko Kharenko at the ceremony, comments: \u201cWe are excited and grateful for this award.
