In 1999, <strong>Alexander Minin<\/strong> became one of the founders of the firm, where he remains a senior partner till today. For 20 years,\u00a0KM Partners\u00a0has grown into one of the leading law firms in Ukraine and an undisputed leader in Tax Law sphere.
