On average, search and recruitment of staff for companies with a poor reputation is 10% more expensive than for companies with good reputation. About 50% of respondents would not want to work in companies with bad reputation, even in terms of high wages. This was indicated by the global report of the international survey of the Randstad Employer Brand Research, 2018.<\/p>\n
The EBA meeting, held jointly with ANCOR Ukraine on February 27 was devoted to this study, its methodology and results in some neighboring with Ukraine countries.<\/p>\n
ANCOR Ukraine experts provided exhaustive information about the research that has been conducted in the world for 18 years in a row, and this year Ukraine joined it for the first time! The essence of the study is to help companies in their struggle for talent. Every year, the reputation of the employer becomes more and more important, employees need to see the essence and purpose of their work, trust the company in which they work, grow professionally, engage in such a way to build long-term plans for the future.<\/p>\n
Experts from ANCOR Ukraine, an official Randstad Research partner in Ukraine, provided comprehensive information about the 18-year-old study conducted in the world. This year Ukraine has joined the research for the first time! The essence of the study is to help companies in their struggle for talents. Every year the reputation of the employer becomes more and more important, employees need to see the sense and purpose of their work, trust the company they work in, grow professionally, and be engaged in activity in such a way in order to build long-term plans for the future company development.<\/p>\n
