Can we learn effective strategies of managing and processing emotions?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vitaliy Khudyakov<\/strong>, Tutor of Emotional Intelligence, answered these questions. He empowered participants with basic strategies of emotional competence and shared effective tools of managing emotions and feelings.
