The team of Antika Law Firm has successfully defended the interests of Imperial Tobacco Production Ukraine at the Supreme Court in a dispute over the protection of consumer rights and compensation for non-pecuniary damage.<\/em><\/p>\n

In fact, the plaintiff’s claims were centered on an attempt to establish the availability of anti-competitive concerted actions with another tobacco company in the actions of PJSC Imperial Tobacco Production Ukraine.<\/p>\n
