Mainly among all innovations it is necessary to allocate the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>liquidation of tender committees,<\/li>\n<li>the introduction of bidding with limited participation;<\/li>\n<li>creation of a mechanism for the rejection of the proposal in the case of a damping price,<\/li>\n<li>improvement of the system of purchases appeals and increase of liability for violation of the legislation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It is important to note that the meeting took place in a productive dialogue format, since all present representatives of the business community, public figures and civil servants had the opportunity to ask questions, express their comments and wishes to the bill.
