registration of tax invoices is one of the most acute for Ukrainian enterprises, as the company may receive a tax credit refusal through transactions with enterprises that have signs of fictitiousness. At the Joint Meeting of the Legal and Financial-Tax Committees of the EBA Dnipro on December 12, we spoke on how to protect enterprices from fictitious transactions and minimize the risks. <strong>Anna Popkova<\/strong>, head of the practice of litigation at LA &#8220;Absolut&#8221;, described what fictitious business activities are, which deals can be considered fictitious, and what is the principle of individual responsibility.<\/p>\n<p>Moreover, Ms. Anna gave a number of recommendations to the meeting participants on how to prepare enterprises for planned comprehensive inspections in 2019, namely:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>to fix and maintain all the original documentation, which can serve as proof of conducting pre-contract work and confirm the reality of economic transactions;<\/li>\n<li>in advance, to apply to the relevant institutions with a request to split the comprehensive plan inspections into separate ones;<\/li>\n<li>to monitor digital tracks in dealing with your counterparts and reporting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>At the end of the meeting, all the participants had the opportunity to ask their questions to Ms. Anna and discuss the trends in the development of modern Ukrainian jurisprudence.<\/p>\n<p>We thank LA &#8220;Absolute&#8221; for an interesting professional report, and BDO Ukraine for a welcoming reception.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; Today, the problem of suspending the registration of tax invoices is one of the most acute for Ukrainian enterprises, as the company may receive a tax credit refusal through transactions with enterprises that have signs of fictitiousness.
