The Kyiv Office of Baker McKenzie announces three promotions, which further strengthens its TMT (Technology, Media and Telecommunications), ICT (International Commerce and Trade) and Corporate practices.<\/p>\n<p>Senior Associates\u00a0<strong>Oleksiy Stolyarenko<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Hanna Shtepa<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Andriy Moskalyk<\/strong>\u00a0have been promoted to Counsels.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Serhiy Chorny,<\/strong>\u00a0Co-Managing Partner of the Kyiv Office, observed that &#8220;<em>promotions of Oleksiy, Hanna and Andrii to Counsel positions reflect the Firm&#8217;s commitment to further develop top quality and highly efficient teams to meet the growing demand for legal services in the areas of technology (including FinTech), international trade (including sanctions-related advice) and high-end M&amp;A and public-private partnership (PPP) projects. Oleksiy and Hanna are already known as leading market experts in their respective TMT and ICT areas, and will now have increased managerial responsibilities and authority, as well as a higher market visibility, as heads of their respective practices.
