The amount to be recovered is USD 1.3 billion plus\u00a0post-award\u00a0interest. This award has become the first victory of a Ukrainian state-owned company in a matter concerning restoration of Crimea-related rights and interests through an international investment protection mechanism.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Andriy Pyshnyy<\/strong>, Chairman of the Management Board at Oschadbank, points out: <em>\u201c<\/em><em>Thanks to the coordinated work of our in-house team headed by Andriy Pozhidayev, Iryna Mudra and Iryna Kireeva and experienced external advisors, Oschadbank has become the first banking institution to win a case related to recovery of compensation as a result of the total loss of investments in Crimea.
