Asters is pleased to announce that Oleksii Reznikov<\/strong> has joined the team as a partner focusing on alternative dispute resolution practice as of 1 November 2018.<\/p>\n
Oleksii Reznikov has extensive experience in business consulting including his 20 years track record as a partner in the top Ukrainian law firms. In 2014 Oleksii put his law practice on hold while focusing on public service as the Kyiv City Council Secretary and Deputy Head of Kyiv City State Administration. Mr. Reznikov is a graduate of the Lviv Ivan Franko National University with the Master of Law degree and the bearer of the honorary title The Merited Lawyer of Ukraine<\/em>.<\/p>\n
As Asters’ partner Oleksii will focus on alternative dispute resolution including expert determination, negotiation, facilitation, conciliation, mediation, fact finding, early neutral evaluation, and settlement conference.<\/p>\n
