KM Partners<\/a> specialists successfully defended the interests of the Ukrainian company belonging to the international group of companies Mondelez International, the world’s largest manufacturer of chocolate products, cookies and sweets, in a dispute with the Office of Large Taxpayers of the SFS concerning the return of overpayment.<\/p>\nDue to the comprehensive defense strategy developed by KM Partners specialists, we have successfully proved the right of Mondelez Ukraine to return the overpaid CPT liabilities, including a significant sum, which was denied by the Office of Large Taxpayers of the SFS and wasn\u2019t displayed in internal accounting of tax authority.<\/p>\n
The courts confirmed the full amount of the overpaid CPT liabilities in Mondelez Ukraine and obliged the Office of Large Taxpayers of the SFS to correct the data of the internal accounting, reflecting the full amount of the overpayment, and ordered to return the overpaid CPT liabilities to Mondelez Ukraine. Due to this, Mondelez Ukraine has already returned almost the entire amount of such overpayment.<\/p>\n
