September 23, 2018, Kyiv. Last weekend, the capital city hosted a large-scale presentation of the new lifestyle format, City Resort<\/strong>, which was first implemented in the premium residential project of the capital city, Fountain Boulevard<\/a>, by City One Development<\/a>, and is being built in partnership with UDP. Developed on the basis of requirements of a modern man living in a big city and the needs of the most demanding customers of the premium class housing, this format has demonstrated how the lifestyle in the metropolis can combine the idea completely opposite in their essence, i.e. life in the city center, in a whirlwind of business and cultural events, with a sense of the countryside peace and privacy; accommodation in a modern residential complex where everyone has a car, which completely excludes the presence of vehicles in the yard, and many more. All this could be not only heard, but also seen by all guests.<\/p>\n

The presentation has been held for 2 days, during which all guests and customers of the company were demonstrated the advantages of the innovative City Resort format by City One Development. Both adults and young guests of the event were able to enjoy the real summer entertainments in the green lounge areas of the condominium, at the cascade alley of light and music fountains, which is the only one of its kind in Kyiv, try their hand at creative open-air workshops, feel the taste of exquisite life and relaxing atmosphere from the presentation musical headliners: the famous Italian singer, owner of the unique baritone Mario Bonti, who visited Kyiv exclusively for the event, the national indie-pop band Kadnay, and dance guru Amador Lopez with his show ballet Rumbero’s.<\/p>\n

At the presentation, a strategic partnership of the developer, City One Development, with the world leader of science and education, University of Berkeley (California, USA) and international scientific platform EnWironment was announced. The partnership provides for support of scientific research and initiatives in the field of urban planning and urban design, as well as implementation of the latest research findings from the leading scientists of Silicon Valley and partner universities, including Oxford, Sydney University of Technology, and Institute of Urban Dubai, in the residential property projects here, in Kyiv. “Innovations are becoming increasingly valuable for both end consumers and among major investors in real estate. And such projects are headhunted by the global investment community and major world leaders, such as China, willing to invest billions of dollars in their development. Fountain Boulevard Residential Complex <\/strong>is a premium condominium located in the historical center of Kyiv, at the intersection of Saperne Pole and John Paul 2 Streets.
