The financing is supported by Euler Hermes, the German export credit agency.<\/p>\n<p>Baker McKenzie&#8217;s international team on this transaction was led by\u00a0<strong>Serhiy Chorny<\/strong>, Managing Partner in the Kyiv Office, and\u00a0<strong>Kathrin Marchant<\/strong>, Partner in the Frankfurt Office, and benefited from expert input by Berlin-based Partner\u00a0<strong>Tim Heitling<\/strong>, Amsterdam Office&#8217;s Legal Director\u00a0<strong>Martijn van der Vliet<\/strong>\u00a0and Kyiv Associates\u00a0<strong>Victoria Ischenko<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Stepanyda Badovska\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>Nataliya Tyschenko<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>CEO of DTEK Renewables\u00a0<strong>Philipp Leckebusch\u00a0<\/strong>commented: \u201c<em>According to the Energy Strategy of Ukraine, the share of renewable energy in the final energy consumption should increase to 25% by the year 2035.
