Speakers told about mechanisms of recruitment and existing levers of influence over candidates who evade offered jobs, opportunities to work with staff on vocational training, retraining and advanced training. For now the Center offers over 10000 candidates for employment. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Discussion continued with an interesting tour over educational and production workshops, classrooms and laboratories, equipped with modern machines, digital program management and e-learning tools. It is possible to obtain any desired profession of 28-licensed here.
