Secondly, it will reduce the time for doing examinations and help to avoid duplication of operations. Thirdly, it will improve the quality of procedures and help to minimize costs for agrarians.<\/p>\n<p>The business community welcomes this decision. The EBA Grain and Oilseeds Committee also notes that it will help to improve the investment attractiveness of the agrarian sector in Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the adoption of this legislative initiative will intensify the harmonization of Ukraine&#8217;s legislation with EU texts in the field of phytosanitary measures and to liberalize business conditions in the agrarian sector.
