In a modern globalized world, the issue of intellectual property as the ground for business effective development becomes more and more critical. Within EBA Expert Talk in Kharkiv (July, 17 2018), Attorney Sergii Glotov<\/strong> talked, particularly, about the \u2018classical coordinate system\u2019 in intellectual property law, copyright as a form of agreement in society, and also explained how to register trademarks correctly, protect know-how, dispose of the right to creative activity results etc., in the context of real cases.<\/p>\n\u2018Property right institute is a standard that, firstly, allows the society to develop and, secondly, is an incentive for the authors to choose their own way by vocation,\u2019 the speaker emphasized.<\/p>\n
