Such a reform involves reformatting the work of the existing 25 territorial divisions in 7 clusters, which should contribute to improving the efficiency of the AMCU.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As a result of the reform it is planned to ensure full independence in the work of territorial units; systematize communication with business; optimize the number of administrative staff and improve material and technical support; integrate IT systems and implement a corporate document management system in order to minimize the possibility of pressure on business.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The AMCU expects that due to such changes it will be possible to carry out significant personnel upgrades and increase the motivation and competence of the employees, to ensure optimization of the main processes, to increase the efficiency of coordination and control of the work of the territorial offices, which in general should positively affect the performance of the AMCU.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Companies had the opportunity to discuss the proposed innovations directly with the AMCU leadership and express their point of view.
