O. Bogomolets.<\/p>\n<p>Legal Alliance Company was represented by associate\u00a0Natalia Spivak, who made a speech \u201cMain aspects of medical reform\u201d, which focused on such issues as legal basis of medical reform, reform of primary medical care, funding of medical services, autonomization of healthcare facilities, etc.<\/p>\n<p>In her speech Ms Spivak noted <em>\u201cIn conditions of extreme financial vulnerability of patients, low quality and effectiveness of medical services, ineffective use of budget funds and low level of salary of doctors, medical reform has been necessary since long.
