The Order repeals outdates and introduces new forms of reporting on healthcare issues.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"qowt-font4-Arial\">The following forms expired<\/span><span class=\"qowt-font4-Arial\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a voucher for registration of final (updated) diagnoses;<\/li>\n<li>control ambulatory record;<\/li>\n<li>student medical record;<\/li>\n<li>doctor&#8217;s visit record<\/li>\n<li>an outpatient patient voucher;<\/li>\n<li>medical record of a child (for preschool and general educational institutions)<\/li>\n<li>a book of recording calls of doctors to home.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"qowt-font4-Arial\">The Journal of Outpatient Patients Registration (Form N 074 \/ y), the Register of Patient Visits (Form N 039 \/ y) and, accordingly, the instructions for filling thereof have been updated and substantially simplified.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"qowt-font4-Arial\">It\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"qowt-font4-Arial\">should be noted<\/span>\u00a0that the instruction for the Journal of Outpatient Patients Registration stipulates the filling procedure for primary medical care observing the codes of the International Classification of Primary Medical Care ICPC-2-E.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"qowt-font4-Arial\">Let us remind you that Order of the Ministry of Health \u201cOn some Issues of Applying Ukrainian Version of the International Classification of Primary Medical Care (ICPC-2-E)\u201d No. 13 as of January 4<\/span><span class=\"qowt-font4-Arial\">th<\/span><span class=\"qowt-font4-Arial\">, 2018 approved the Ukrainian version of ICPC-2-E and the Code Comparison Chart ICPC-2-E, as well as the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Other Health Problems of the Tenth Revision applied before.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"qowt-font4-Arial\">ICPC-2-E\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"qowt-font4-Arial\">is widely spread and applied at providing primary medical care in other countries<\/span><span class=\"qowt-font4-Arial\">. In comparison with it the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Other Health Problems of the Tenth Revision contains a complex system of coding and significantly more codes which are not used at the primary level.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"qowt-font4-Arial\">ICPC-2 is based on medical care episode, which is interaction between a patient and a healthcare facility from the first\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"qowt-font4-Arial\">till<\/span>\u00a0the last visit to a doctor with one matter.\u00a0<span class=\"qowt-font4-Arial\">3<\/span>\u00a0elements are coded for each patient\u2019s visit \u2013 the reason for visiting a doctor, diagnosis and actions to be taken.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"qowt-font4-Arial\">As the Cabinet of Ministers notes such a\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"qowt-font4-Arial\">system<\/span>\u00a0will allow for concentrating at patients\u2019 needs at the primary level, rather than adjust to the code processing to form statistics.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Positive changes to the regulatory governing of reporting in healthcare facilities\u00a0have been made.
