Prior to that, she worked as a junior lawyer in a leading Ukrainian law firm. Oksana holds master of law degree from the National Academy of Management and completed MBA program at AFW Wirtschaftsakademie Bad Harzburg (Germany).<\/p>\n<p>Oksana&#8217;s legal expertise spans a range of areas including dispute resolution, corporate, M&amp;A, and general commercial issues with a particular focus on regulated industries that include agriculture, FMCG and TMT. Oksana Legka also advised on complex and novel disputes, as well as represented clients&#8217; interests before Ukrainian courts of all levels and international arbitration tribunals. Her notable representations and advice include acting for VimpelCom, ED &amp; F Man Holdings, S.C.
