Her earlier career was spent in management consulting, media and organizational development sectors\u00a0in Dublin and London. She is an accredited Hogan Psychometric and Myers Briggs professional. Most recently she completed a 3-year contract to support a European private bank headquartered in Luxembourg with a growth agenda. With support from ExCo, she internalized the recruitment function and built a team of six professional recruiters to drive the hiring strategy, and over time saved c.\u00a0\u20ac6m per annum in professional fees by using the direct model.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Simone Stebler<\/strong>, Partner, Egon Zehnder, based in Zurich, Simone Stebler provides leadership advisory services (including executive search, board consulting, talent assessment &amp; development) in the Financial Service industry both at a global as well as a local level. She is further active in Egon Zehnder&#8217;s Legal, Regulatory &amp; Compliance Professionals practice. Simone further has a strong passion and expertise in advising a broad range of clients on how to foster diversity and inclusion.
