Svitlana specialises in financial due diligence, IBR (independent business review), commercial due diligence, SPA advice, and other insights regarding domestic and international transaction; including media and information technology. Ilya Segeda, M&A Principal, Deal Advisory, KPMG in Ukraine. Ilya has over 13 years of experience in corporate finance and investment banking. At KPMG, Ilya is responsible for expanding the firm’s Ukrainian M&A advisory practice. He has also developed a profound understanding of buy- and sell-side M&A advisory, private equity fundraising and equity capital market engagements in Ukraine and CEE.
