  • Fluent speaking and writing skills in English and Ukrainian
  • You have a Bachelor or Masters in economics, banking, hospitality management or linguistic sciences
  • Excellent communication skills: able to interact with people on different level of seniority understand complex matters quickly
  • Strong customer and business focus. Addresses potential customer requirements
  • You are creative, open to find new solutions, able to work under stress 
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills
  • Flexible and pragmatic: capable of delivering in a changing environment and a hands-on mentality
  • Accurate: quality of work should match with high standards of our stakeholders
  • Experience with reception desk or personal assistant role minimum for 2 years is preferable


  • Organizing Reception Unit in the most efficient and client oriented way
  • Servicing as entrance point for all visitors of the bank including but not limiting with:
    1. Visitors registration
    2. Connecting visitors with employees of the bank
    3. Allocation of the visitors among meeting rooms in accordance with security rules
    4. Hospitality ritual (servicing visitors while waiting with drinks and any other needs)
    5. Servicing visitors of the bank while leaving the Bank (calling taxi, estimation driving time)
  • Servicing as call center for the Bank:
    1. Receiving calls from outside and connecting them to employees of the Bank
    2. Supporting employees of the Bank to organize calls with external stakeholders
    3. Organizing internal calls
  • Functioning as a post unit of the Bank for all incoming and outgoing hardcopy mails with registering and allocation mails among employees of the Bank. Organizing outgoing mails through currier services and post
  • Administering taxi services, translation services, mass media subscriptions, internal drivers` schedules, including reporting and conducting service meetings with vendors
  • Functioning as Business Trip unit, i.e.:
    1. Coordination of internal and external business trips
    2. Administration of internal reporting
    3. Vendors management
    4. Tickets ordering
