Requirements:

• experience in a similar position from the 1st year;
• higher education or completion of recruitment courses;
• knowledge of methods and sources of finding new candidates;
• successful hunting skills;
• flexibility and adaptability to changes;
• ability to quickly provide feedback to candidates and management;
• high personal culture;
• strong oral and written communication skills;
• focus on the final result in recruiting.

Responsibiities:

• create a unique job description;
• knowledge of effective job posting platforms;
• candidate sourcing;
• clear and pleasant diction in Ukrainian (English will be an advantage);
• basic skills in selling a job;
• conducting interviews with target candidates;
• ability to ask questions during interviews to identify the candidate's professional competencies;
• basic control over onboarding and offboarding processes;
• maintaining analytical reporting on personnel recruitment.
