Requirements:

We are looking for an energetic, development-motivated and reliable Regional Sales Manager for industrial power equipment to work in the Western region of Ukraine with an office in Lviv! If you live in or around Lviv, have a deep technical understanding of the equipment and are ready to build strong, long-term partnerships, this is the position for you.

Responsibiities:

  • Active search and attraction of new clients and projects in the region, expansion of the company's market presence.
  • Development and comprehensive support of existing partners.
  • Building and maintaining long-term and trusting relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and strategic goals.
  • Conducting complex technical and commercial negotiations, communicating effectively with clients' engineering and commercial departments.
  • Developing and presenting competitive commercial proposals tailored to individual customer needs.
  • Successful closing of deals, signing of contracts and their further support.
  • Sales process management and forecasting of sales volumes to achieve the set goals.
  • In-depth analysis of the client's needs and technical specifications to develop personalised and most effective solutions.
  • Coordination of the project at all stages of its implementation, from initial contact to equipment launch.
  • Preparation and delivery of technical presentations for potential customers and partners.
  • Active participation in tenders and competitive bidding, preparation of the necessary documentation.
  • Continuous market monitoring and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and threats.
  • Self-development and advanced training in product and sales techniques.
  • Participation in industry events, exhibitions and networking to expand business contacts.
  • Effective interaction with other departments of the company (technical department, service, logistics) to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction.
