  • Answering phone calls, recording and transmitting official information to company employees
  • Ensuring the Company's document flow: incoming and outgoing correspondence, registration, accounting, storage, archiving of documents; distribution of documentation by departments
  • Preparation of draft letters, inquiries and other documents related to the company's activities
  • Sending and receiving mail. Work with courier services
  • Printing of official materials
  • Translation and editing (English - Ukrainian / Russian - English) of documents, correspondence, text materials
  • Preparation for meetings and sessions (logistics, notification of participants about the time and place, agenda)
  • Organization of business trips of employees: issuance of visas, invitations, ordering air and train tickets, hotel reservations, etc.
  • Organization of holidays and other corporate events. Organization of providing the office with stationery, consumables and other inventory necessary for the operation of the office. Organization of their reception, storage and issuance, interaction with the accounting department
  • Control over expenses for office needs
  • Implementation of daily control over the cleanliness and order of office space, proper condition of equipment, communications
  • Coordination and control of the courier (reception of applications and scheduling); cleaners.
